Spending a weekend at Bandar Seri Begawan

Omar Ali Saiffudien Mosque in BSB.

Waterfront of BSB, we can actually take a ferry ride around the river but the service is closed for renovation. Those private water taxi cost $30 for a round trip.

There is Hua Ho Department store around everywhere... Something like Isetan...

Enjoying the cool afternoon breeze...

Bruneian durains.... look the same but taste totally different.

Reaching 11 months

Reaching 11 months, Amelia is able to stand more stably with support. She is also learning to walk with the help of us holding her hand and walking around. She is beginning bite things around the house, so we have to watch out for what she place in her mouth.

Sometimes if Amelia is too engross in something she will forget to support and is able to stand independently for a few seconds...

Dirty Amelia having her avocado snack...

Growing up

As we are driving out for lunch Mummy took Daddy's sunglasses to wear and I snatched it away from her and put them on. But its too big for me.

So Daddy bought me a kids sunglasses. Look how cool am I with shades...

Checking out the sunglasses at Daddy's rear mirror...

Every morning Amelia will wake up very early and we would put her on the floor to play while we catch some more sleep. This particular morning we heard her laughing very loudly and saw her sitting in the drawer pulling out the clothing one by one and laughing. Mummy quickly took the camera out and snap this photo... She even give the camera a cheeky smile. Ha ha.

Here another dare devil stunt Amelia trying to do. Now she knows how to get out of her high chair even with the buckle clipped!!! We cant leave her sitting alone while we do something else.

Outside HuaHo supermarket...

Photo of us shopping in HuaHo supermarket. Surprisingly mummy managed to capture the moment of Amelia raising her hand saying hi...

Hmmm...Let's see what shall I order...

Jynze JieJie

Last Saturday Auntie Hui Ling invite all the aunties to her house for gathering. Mummy brought me along to play with her daughter Jynze jiejie. Here's Jynze playing PeeKeeBoo with me.

Playful Amelia

So happy!!! Riding on the car Jayven ShuShu bought for me!!! Thanks Jayven ShuShu!!!

Amelia knows how to stand up with support and walking along the support.

Wearing Hello Kitty hat which mummy bought for me in China. Cute or not???

Amelia playing PeeKeeBoo with us.... She loves it very much.

Amelia playing in her play area which we use sofa to block her from crawling all over the place.

Where did the balls go to???

Another Cheeky Posture... So Adorable!!!!!!!! Great job mummy for capturing such a cute moment!

Daddy brought us to a Japanese Restaurant to have dinner. Look at the thickness of the Salmon Sashimi... Double the size compare to Singapore...

See how fast Amelia has grown...

How's Amelia's haircut? We cut her hair while she is asleep as her fringe are starting to irritate her and also the weather here is warmer. It turns out not as bad as we thought. Phew.....

Sooo.... Gorgeous...

New home for next coming months

After almost a month settling down in Brunei and finally getting my internet service online, now i can start to update Amelia's blog often... There are tons of stuff to update as she is growing and behaving differently each day. Amelia has grown 4 front upper teeth and 2 lower teeth. She knows how to catch your attention by faking a cry. She is currently learning to stand without support but not so stable. She knows how to Hi-5, shake hands, clap hands, and shows the twist her palm signing "no more"...

This is where we are currently staying in Brunei, its a semi-detach house and we got a Filipino family as our neighbour. There is garden beside the house and in the house there is a bedroom and a toilet at the first level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets on the second level.

The weather in Brunei is warmer and hotter than compare to Singapore. The sun rays will burn your skin especially noon rays. Luckily it often rains here. At the background is a 92 Mitsubishi Galant that i bought on the second day upon arriving.

There are mango trees in our garden, we did pluck some to try and its very sweet.

Gadong, the most trendy place in Brunei!!! Actually there is nothing there? Just tons of DVDs for sale...

Another part of Gadong... Happening right!!!!

Mosque in Kuilup area.... Grand right...

Their interior structure is very beautiful... Hugh Chandeliers... too bad i cant go in to take pictures as visitors are allowed only in the daytime...

Shoe deposit walkway... there are pigeon holes at the side of the walls for ppl to place their shoes.
