Short Holiday in Kota Kinabalu.

Went to Kota Kinabalu for a short trip before we leave Brunei.

Jesselton Point is where we took our boat rides to the islands.

Boarding our speed boat at the jetty.

Reaching Manaku Island.

Feeding the fishes along the beach.

Fishes are huge... not those little ones...

Spend half a day over there before we depart to another island for our lunch.

Look at the reef fishes hiding in the jetty.

Sapi Island one of the smallest island and the only one that allow BBQ.

Amelia enjoying herself in the waters feeding fishes...

Amelia having a go at the fishes... Instead of the fishes nabbing at the bread its Amelia snatching the bread from them!!!

No more bread left and its time to go....

Sapi Jetty.

Waiting for our boat to arrive we took a few portrait shots of Amelia.

Cheeky as usual.

Cutie as ever.

Never seem before so tired!!! Guess with all the sun, the sea, and the sand made Amelia tired...

The next few days in Kota Kinabalu was not very good as it keeps on raining, therefore we didn't manage to visit the Mount Kinabalu... So we stayed in the hotel and went shopping in the mall.

Getting ready for swimming!!!

Wa..... Its a word Amelia always uses nowadays whenever she sees interesting things.

Riding the waves in the pool...

Ooo water so cold...

But Amelia love it!!! Heehee

Trying on Mummy's shoes.

Ugly side of Amelia digging her nose!

What a May Holiday!

We went back to Singapore for a short holiday also attending Jayven and Jooch wedding banquet. While staying in Singapore on the fifth day, Amelia contact a virus infecting her throat causing her having high fever. Initially we thought she could be infected by the infamous Hand-Foot-Mouth disease. Luckily in Amelia's case its just a virus infection.

During her sick days we had to force her to take her medication as she refuse to drink them although they taste sweet. After Amelia recovered from her fever, she refuse to drink milk and water and also whenever she sees her milk bottle she would push it away. We are so vex as how can a toddle not drink milk and water!!! Not sure is whether during her medication that she vomit that cause her not to drink or the taste of "Leng Yong" which we put in her bottle that cause her to fear her milk bottle... One good thing is that Amelia still want to take porridge.

After a few days without milk, we brought her to see the doctor again. Doc advise was to replace milk with food and more water base food to replenish her water intake. He also mention that some toddler will not drink milk ever again... OMG....

Now we are back in Brunei and its been almost 20 days since Amelia drink milk and water through her bottle. Lets hope she recover her usual self and goes back to the usual routine if not its very tiring taking care of her.

Here's some of the photos taken in the airports.
